SCULPT

This type of workout will strength and define your body. This full body class combines cardio and endurance. You will get a burn head to toe, expect high number of repetitions and pulses!

PROPS: ankle weights, resistance bands & light dumbells & mat.

POWER

Full body sculpting class that combines bodyweight moves with strength training. Expect a low impact class that will sculpt your body!

PROPS: light & heavy dumbbells.

FLOOR FLOW

Sculpt class that will work your legs and glutes. This class combines weight training, mat work and some cardio moves focusing on your lower body. Expect a serious burn in your legs and booty!

PROPS: mat.

STRENGHT

Sculpt class that will target your upper body. Combines low impact bodyweight movements as well as light & heavy weights. Expect working arms & abs!
